This is a good idea, but not the whole solution. The pre-recorded track that triggers action is the best choice because it ensures that speech and movement will be synchronized. Even the most technologically advanced animatronic creature ever built is not perfect. Occasionally there may be a need for a backup system and that's why you have to reject "A" as a stand alone answer.
